they are going to play music - it was the orchestra for some holiday, i don't remember. it was summer 2004, there were lots of people who came to selebrate something, but i didn't understand anything to participate, moreover, i had only 21 or 23 picture memory in my camera, so i made some pics and went home. However the feeling of the holiday, sun and summer were great! :)

the phrase 'В городском саду играет духовой оркестр...' it translates as 'In city to a garden plays a wind band...' LOL! actually it is a phrase from a Russian beautiful song: 'a wind band plays in a city garden...'
